This position will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for specific administrative tasks. These tasks include but are not limited to payroll, maintaining personnel files, scheduling continuing education classes for crew, processing vacation requests and status change forms. This position will also keep track of employee credentials and maintain/update paperwork for all existing employees and new hires as well as event planning and other misc tasking. The candidate must have the ability to prove that they have consistently performed in similar positions dependably and accurately day in and day out.
To be successful the candidate must have:
Quick Books experience
MS Word, Excel, Outlook experience (Ability to write professional correspondence and create various spreadsheets)
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Good writing skills
A passion for perfection in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently or with others
