Application Process

We don't require a cover letter to accompany your resume. Instead, we request that you send us a statement detailing why you are a good fit for the job. The following are the initial steps required to explore a career with TowBoatU.S. Ft. Lauderdale.

  1. Review the details of the job opening that is listed on our career opportunities page. Be sure that you feel your talents match the description of the person we are looking for.

  2. Send us an email at careers@towboatusftlauderdale.com. The email should include the following:
    • A brief statement to let us know why you are a good fit for the job. Also include any other details requested in the job posting. These should be the body of your email to us.
    • Attach your resume to your email making sure that your resume includes all of your current contact information.
    • Please identify the position you are applying for in the subject line of the email.
