48' Viking
TowBoatU.S. Fort Lauderdale was hired to salvage a 48’ Viking that had run aground in approximately four feet of water and mud near the St. Augustine Inlet. The crew responded with a RHIB and a salvage trailer loaded with all necessary equipment. Lift bags were rigged and inflated to raise the vessel enough to tow it into deeper water, with dewatering pumps staged in case of water intrusion. The vessel was then towed to a local shipyard for an emergency haul-out.
